TPS provided design and consultancy services in relation to the existing Mechanical & Electrical plant and equipment as part, as part of the refurbishment of this 35,000sq ft building. On completion of the project, TPS were instructed to undertake a detailed M&E asset survey for the building, and to compile a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM ) Plan, specification, and contract documents ahead of issuing the contract to the market and managing the tender process on behalf of our client.
